Our manufacturing and production facility is located in Los Angeles, California.
Many factors contribute to the shipping and handling times, but a general guide is:
ORDER FILLING
- US: 3 business days
- International: 4 business days
SHIPPING
- Continental US: 3-5 business days
- AK and HI: 5-10 business days
- International: 5-10 business days
We primarily ship with UPS and have a CFR 49 hazardous materials endorsement. We have the ability to ship any size container in full compliance with the DOT.
Some of our orders ship via USPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
YES, we do ship internationally but there are additional shipping and handling fees. Most international orders will arrive within 5-10 business days.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Just place your order normally as our international rates are right in the system.

After you place your order, we will work up a shipping quote for you and send you an invoice for the total. You may then choose to pay the bill at that time.
There is NO minimum order for STRAIN PROFILES.

RESTRICTIONS
South Africa: Currently we only ship our strain profiles.
Israel: Currently we only ship our strain profiles.
When we ship internationally (or anywhere by air) we are required to take extra precautions because isolated terpenes are considered hazardous goods. This extra time, attention, and shipping cost has led us to put a minimum on orders.
If you would like to purchase pre-mixed strain profiles there is no minimum order, as once terpenes are blended they are considered less hazardous.
While we do all we can to make sure you easily receive your package, sometimes UPS will request you designate a broker for importing your package.
If this is the case, you can simply choose to have UPS as your broker or you can consider any from this list provided by the Canadian government.
